Almost immediately! We can get customers set-up instantly, you can turn up with your van/items to be stored and we can then have you set-up within 20 minutes of arriving, checking the size and signing the paperwork!

We will require an official document with your photograph, such as a driving licence or passport as proof of identification. Business customers such as Director or Managers will be requested to provide proof of position with a business card or a letter from Companies House. Can I change my move in date after reservation?
Absolutely, our reservation process will hold a storage unit for you for up to 4 weeks providing you pay us the deposit to hold the room. Just contact us to let us know if there’s any changes to the potential move in date.
Do I have to be present on moving in day?
Yes, on move-in day, you will meet with our team to go through the paperwork, sign your contract and provide photo ID. However, let our team know if you’re not able to be present and we can organise for a convenient time to sign your contract and provide ID!
