Andrew sells his products wholesale to toy shops as well as directly to his customers through the Haya website and eBay. Whilst online marketplaces are excellent for connecting businesses with consumers across the world, Andrew has found that this can lead to its own set of challenges, such as distribution and postage to customers across the world.
As well as selling online through online marketplaces, Haya also has an offline element, in which he often has stands at trade shows and events where he can network with other sellers as well as speak directly with potential customers to give out promotional material.
