“We have rented a warehouse from Masons for over 7 years. When the amazing makeover took place we decided not only to keep renting a warehouse but to open a showroom too! Location is great with car parking. Clean wide corridors are fab for taking in deliveries. There’s use of forklift truck and trolleys. Security is of the highest level with CCTV everywhere and each unit is alarmed and coded with unique numbers. 24 hour access is excellent. Staff at Masons are professional, friendly and helpful. Masons provide an excellent service.”

Michelle and Chris run Twenty12 Flooring Ltd together, which began as solely as an online flooring company run from their kitchen table. When they started back in 2009, they were a small business and had deliveries to their home and found their hallway getting cluttered with carpet!

By 2011, they desperately needed storage space so began looking at local options in the Vale, which is when they found us here at Masons Self Storage and started using us to store that additional stock.

By 2018, their business had hugely grown and were excited when we announced that we would be undertaking Phase 2 of our expansion project and approached us to develop a physical space. With our brand-new facility, Twenty12 Flooring have been able to not only take deliveries of stock 7 days a week, but also have their showroom open 7 days a week! They take advantage of the forklift truck, the wider corridors and the onsite free parking, which is really useful for their customers coming to the showroom!
