Have used Masons over many years for house moves and more recently for document shredding. Now for self-storage, to declutter the house and reclaim the garage! Convenient location, excellent facilities and, of course, the usual fantastic and friendly, helpful service.

We recently (November 2022) relocated back to Wales, as part of which have taken up storage space in at Masons facilities. From our first telephone enquiry to subsequent due diligence visits, John and James have dealt with all relevant matters effectively, efficiently and professionally with the customary Welsh friendliness. If you are looking for self storage in the Cardiff area, you can do no better than Masons. Having used their services for a number of years, it has been clear that their level of professionalism really can’t be beaten and the service they offer has a real personal touch. Judging by the way all our requests and arrangements were handled, it’s no surprise the company has been going for so long – and they will undoubtedly be going for much longer! Special thanks also to James, who was extremely helpful and always available throughout the course of our time using Mason’s.

The building is clean and easy to navigate. The parking is very ample and it was always easy to access the building. Amazing service!
